Sailor of the year award

Nomination and election of officers and directors whose terms are ending. At the Spring business meeting the club by-laws were amended to nominate and elect new officers and board members for the next year at the Fall meeting as opposed to at the Spring meeting. The thinking was this gives the new board an earlier chance to get a jump on planning next year’s activities. The positions becoming open are Captain and Vice-Captain as well as 2 director positions.
